What will ZARewards do first? +
The first release is a simple loyalty-card wallet. You will be able to scan a physical card barcode or enter its number manually, then find that card quickly when you need it.
Is ZARewards another loyalty programme? +
No. ZARewards is being built as an independent place for the loyalty cards you already use. It does not replace the programmes or change their rules.
Can I convert points to cash or pay with them? +
Not in the first release. My ZAR, Rewards and Pay describe the direction of the platform. Those features will only launch in stages, with the right programme partnerships, security, and regulatory foundations in place.
Will ZARewards be open to everyone? +
That is the intention: a useful South African loyalty companion that is not limited to one bank ecosystem. Programme availability will grow in stages.
